Time to start thinking about downsizing

$15

with Karen DelVacchio

Calendar Feb 20, 2025 at 7 pm

At St Andrew's

Downsizing can be a refreshing and liberating experience, especially for empty nesters looking for a new life chapter. It’s an opportunity to simplify, declutter, and embrace a more manageable lifestyle. Here are some signs that it might be time to consider downsizing:

1. **Maintenance Overload**: If your home has become more of a chore than a sanctuary, it might be time to reevaluate your space.

2. **Yard Woes**: Are you struggling to keep up with the yard work? A smaller space often means less time spent on maintenance and more time enjoying life.

3. **Empty Nest Syndrome**: With the kids all grown and flown, you may find yourself in a house that feels too big and echoing with memories.

4. **Space Glut**: Is your home bursting at the seams with unused rooms? Downsizing can be the perfect solution to reclaim your space and purpose.

5. **Family Connection**: Wanting to be closer to loved ones? A move can help bridge that distance and strengthen family ties.

Karen DelVacchio and Dru Ferrence have guided countless clients through this journey, making the process smooth and enjoyable. You don’t have to be “ready to move” right this minute, but having the mindset to embrace change when the time is right is crucial. Join us for an engaging discussion on how to kick off your ‘clean out’ and get inspired about what to keep, what to let go of, and how to create a space that truly reflects your new lifestyle!
