Your instructor, Veronica Nugent, has over 30 years of experience owning Simply Ballroom Dance Studio in Chesterfield, VA. A former finalist in American Rhythm competitions, she’s certified by the NADTA and DVIDA and has taught a variety of dance styles. Veronica also created the Richmond Parkinsons Dance Project, helping those with Parkinson’s find joy through movement.
In our Intro to Ballroom Series, you'll learn six dynamic dances, with two introduced in each session. Join for all three sessions, or pick the ones you like—no experience needed!
We'll rotate partners to enhance learning and provide personalized guidance. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that allow easy movement—smooth soles are a must! Please avoid sandals or flip-flops.
