An Introduction to 3D Printing
with Phil Daniels

At All Saints
Interested in 3D printing? This course will introduce you to the technology, showcasing a 3D printer in action and the exciting creations it can produce. We'll cover the basics of turning a concept into a final model, as well as discuss different printers, materials, and costs.
I’m Philip Daniels, a retired aerospace engineer with a passion for building model airplanes and ships. I use 3D design and printing to enhance my projects. As a volunteer at the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island, I’ve printed items for display and assisted the staff with their new 3D printer.
Parchment Flower Cards
with Barbara Hanft & Cil Deming

At St Andrew's
Botanical artist BARBARA HANFT and quilter CIL DEMING have a serious crafting bug and love to share it. One of the most popular things they teach is how to make faux parchment note cards using items from the pantry.
In this class, you’ll design and assemble an original card for family or friends, or you may end up wanting to keep it for yourself! No need to be “artistic” – come surprise yourself with what you can create.
Class size is limited to 10 students.
